Refund policy

Damaged, defective or incorrect items – Contact us within 7 days of delivery at legacynoir.brand@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed. (ASSUMPTION: 7 days – change if you prefer.)

Return condition – Approved returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories.

Refunds – Issued to the original payment method or an agreed alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Non-returnable – Items showing signs of use, wear or damage after delivery.
