Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Noir Legacy website and purchases made through it.

• Products – We display products as accurately as possible; slight colour variations may occur.
• Pricing & availability – Prices are in PKR and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, and will refund any payment.
• Orders & payment – An order is accepted once confirmed by us. We may decline or cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Delivery, returns, refunds – See Shipping and Refund Policies.
• Intellectual property – The Noir Legacy name, logo, text and images belong to Noir Legacy.
• Limitation of liability – To the extent permitted by law, Noir Legacy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Governing law – Laws of Pakistan.
